Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Pachi, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Service Description

Pachi provides JLPT preparation tools including vocabulary practice, grammar lessons, reading exercises, and score prediction features.

Guarantee

Our Guarantee offers a full refund of your $199 if you do not pass your target JLPT level after completing our program. To qualify, you must meet all of the following requirements:

Qualification Requirements

90% daily completion: Complete your daily assignment on at least 90% of days
90% mock exams: Complete at least 90% of scheduled mock exams
12 months minimum: Start at least 12 months before your test date

Claiming Your Refund

You must attempt the official JLPT exam at your target level at the next available test date after completing 12 months
Submit your official JLPT score report showing a failing result
Refund requests must be submitted within 60 days of receiving your official score
Refunds are processed within 14 business days

What Does Not Qualify

Less than 90% daily completion (daily assignment not finished)
Less than 90% mock exam completion
Not attempting the official JLPT exam at your target level
Requesting a refund before completing the 12-month program
