We use your information to provide and improve our language preparation services, communicate with you about your account, and send you updates about iimu.

Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information. Your data is stored securely and we do not sell your information to third parties.

Session Recording (Draft)

With your explicit consent, live tutoring sessions may be audio-recorded to grade the student's spoken practice. Recording never happens without an affirmative opt-in from every recorded person, recorded per person with the version of this disclosure they saw; consent can be revoked at any time, and any single session can be skipped. We do not record minors.

Recorded audio is used for one purpose: producing a transcript of the student's speech that updates their learning progress. Audio files are automatically deleted within 48 hours of grading; the text transcript is retained as part of the student's learning record. Audio is never used to train AI models and is never shared with third parties beyond the speech-transcription processor that converts it to text.
